The exact shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and remote areas can take a few extra days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees: carrier delays, severe weather and peak season can add time, especially in September and October, so please order early for events.

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally; if you live outside the US, email contact@trachthouse.com and we will see if we can help.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you have not received it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email us.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away; we can change the address only until the order has shipped. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address can be re-sent at the customer’s cost.
Lost, late or damaged parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, your parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, or it arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and photos for damage). We will work with the carrier and, where a parcel is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Sales tax
Sales tax is charged where required by US state law and is shown at checkout.

Standard shipping within the US is free on orders of $150 or more and a flat $9.95 below that.
How long will my order take?
In-stock orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and usually arrive 3 to 6 business days later.

Yes, we ship to all 50 states. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and remote areas can take a few extra days.
Can I change my shipping address?
Email us straight away. We can change the address until the order has shipped.
