Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and arrive 3 to 6 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Yes. Standard shipping is free on orders of $150 or more within the United States. Below $150, standard shipping is a flat $9.95.

At the moment we only ship to addresses in the United States. If you are outside the US, email contact@trachthouse.com and we will let you know if we can help.

As early as you can. September and October are our busiest months, so ordering three to four weeks before your event leaves time for delivery and, if needed, an exchange.

Yes. Unworn items with their original tags can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and the size you need, and we will guide you through it.

You can return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Made-to-measure and final-sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, in which case we cover it.

Snug. New leather lederhosen should feel close at the waist and thigh because genuine leather relaxes and molds to your body with wear. If you are between sizes, our size guide explains how to choose.

Measure your bust, waist and hips and compare them with our size guide and the size notes on the product page. The bodice should close comfortably without gaps; if your measurements fall into different sizes, choose by your bust and waist.

Yes. We can make selected lederhosen and dirndl styles to your measurements. Visit our made-to-measure page to request a quote; we confirm the price and timing before you pay.

Yes. Our leather lederhosen are made from genuine leather, and the exact type, such as deerskin, goatskin or cow suede, is listed on each product page.

Never machine wash leather. Brush off dry dirt, spot clean with a slightly damp cloth and let them air dry away from heat. Our leather care guide has the full routine.

All payment options available to you are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.

Email us as soon as possible. We can change the address or cancel an order until it has shipped; after that, our normal return policy applies.
